आपके bots Freya के servers पर 24/7 चलते हैं, इसलिए बिना dashboard देखते रहे आप notifications से ही अपडेट रह सकते हैं। Freya आपको email और Telegram के ज़रिए alert भेज सकता है जब आपके bots कोई action लें, जैसे कोई cycle शुरू हो, कोई deal बंद हो, bot में error आए वगैरह। इस गाइड में हम बताएंगे कि ये कैसे सेट करें।
मुख्य बातें
- आप email और Telegram दोनों से alerts पा सकते हैं; दोनों को Settings → Notifications में मैनेज करें।
- Telegram कनेक्ट करने के लिए @FreyaFinanceBot खोलें, फिर Freya का दिया हुआ connection code भेजें। code expire होने पर दोबारा generate कर सकते हैं और कभी भी disconnect कर सकते हैं।
- Trading notifications में cycle started, cycle finished, bot failed, और order executed शामिल हैं।
- Creators को भी notify किया जाता है जब कोई उनकी strategy खरीदता है।
- @FreyaFinanceBot notifications bot है। यह support से अलग है (@FreyaFinanceSupport / [email protected])।
दो चैनल: Email और Telegram
Settings → Notifications में आपको अपने linked channels दिखेंगे, email (जो आपके account से जुड़ा है) और Telegram, जिसे अलग से link करना होता है। वहीं आप अपना timezone भी सेट कर सकते हैं, ताकि alerts में timestamps आपके local time के हिसाब से हों। Telegram तेज़ और instant चैनल है; email एक भरोसेमंद fallback है।
Telegram कनेक्ट करना
Telegram link करने में बस कुछ पल लगते हैं और इसमें एक one-time connection code इस्तेमाल होता है:
- Settings → Notifications में जाकर Connect Telegram चुनें।
- Telegram पर @FreyaFinanceBot खोलें (Freya आपको इसका button/link देगा)।
- Bot को अपना connection code भेजें। Freya आपको एक छोटा code दिखाता है जो bot को message करना होता है, और इससे bot आपके account से link हो जाता है।
- Link होने के बाद आपका account Connected दिखाएगा।
अगर code expire हो जाए इस्तेमाल करने से पहले, तो बस नया code generate करें। और आप कभी भी उसी screen से Telegram disconnect कर सकते हैं (ध्यान रहे कि disconnect करना undo नहीं हो सकता, आपको फिर से एक नए code से reconnect करना होगा)।
जिस bot को आप alerts के लिए connect करते हैं, @FreyaFinanceBot, वह notifications bot है। मदद के लिए [email protected] या official Telegram support @FreyaFinanceSupport (और community @FreyaFinanceCommunity) इस्तेमाल करें। Notifications bot से support replies की उम्मीद न करें।
आपको किन चीज़ों की Notification मिलती है
आप चुन सकते हैं कि कौन-कौन से events आपको alert करें। मुख्य categories:
- Trading notifications (चालू रखना सही रहेगा):
- Cycle started: bot ने एक नई deal खोली।
- Cycle finished: एक deal बंद हुई।
- Bot failed: bot में error आई और उस पर ध्यान देना ज़रूरी है (देखें Why Is My Bot Not Trading?)।
- Order executed: एक order fill हुआ।
- Marketplace notifications (creators के लिए):
- New purchase: किसी ने आपकी strategy खरीदी।
Trading notifications चालू रखना सबसे आसान तरीका है ये जानने का कि bot को कब आपकी ज़रूरत है, खासकर bot failed alert।

Freya से notifications कैसे पाएं?
Settings → Notifications में आप email और Telegram दोनों से alerts enable कर सकते हैं। Email आपके account से जुड़ा होता है; Telegram को @FreyaFinanceBot कनेक्ट करके अलग से link किया जाता है। फिर चुनें कि कौन-से trading (और creators के लिए marketplace) events की notification चाहिए।
Telegram कैसे कनेक्ट करें?
Settings → Notifications में Connect Telegram चुनें, Telegram पर @FreyaFinanceBot खोलें, और Freya का दिखाया हुआ connection code भेजें। Bot को code मिलते ही आपका account Connected दिखेगा। अगर code expire हो जाए तो नया generate करें।
@FreyaFinanceBot क्या है?
यह Freya का notifications bot है, जो link करने के बाद आपके alerts भेजता है। यह support channel नहीं है। मदद के लिए [email protected] या Telegram पर @FreyaFinanceSupport से संपर्क करें।
कौन-से events notifications trigger करते हैं?
Trading events: cycle started (एक deal खुली), cycle finished (एक deal बंद हुई), bot failed (bot में error आई), और order executed। Creators को भी notification मिलती है जब कोई उनकी strategy खरीदता है। आप categories को अपनी ज़रूरत के हिसाब से on या off कर सकते हैं।
मेरा connection code expire हो गया, अब क्या करूं?
बस Connect Telegram screen से नया code generate करें और उसे @FreyaFinanceBot को भेजें। सुरक्षा के लिए codes जल्दी expire होते हैं, इसलिए तुरंत इस्तेमाल न करने पर नया code लेना सामान्य बात है।
Telegram disconnect कैसे करें?
उसी Notifications screen से Disconnect चुनें। यह undo नहीं हो सकता, लेकिन आप बाद में कभी भी एक नए connection code से दोबारा connect कर सकते हैं।
क्या notifications के लिए timezone सेट कर सकते हैं?
आपका timezone आपके browser से automatically detect होता है और खुद अपडेट होता रहता है; कोई manual timezone setting नहीं है। आपकी notifications में timestamps इसी detected timezone को follow करते हैं, इसलिए अगर यह गलत दिख रहा है तो आमतौर पर इसकी वजह आपके device या browser का timezone होता है।
