Freya AI includes a guided assistant that helps you find your way around the platform — walking you through common tasks like connecting an exchange or creating a bot, and pointing you to the right feature or guide when you're not sure where to go.

When something falls outside what it can resolve — a specific issue with your account, a withdrawal that needs investigating, anything that needs a human — Freya AI doesn't guess. It points you to support ([email protected]), so you always have a clear next step.

#What Freya AI Can and Can't Do

It helps to know where the assistant's boundaries are — both so you get useful help and so you can spot anything that isn't how it should behave:
